the watch stopped working after about a week. I was very careful when winding it. The ring on top also fell off. My original review was less then flattering about this watch, but the company took the time to read my review and send me a new watch. I love it. the look and feel of the watch is excellent. I really appreciate a company tat goes out of its way to make a customer happy.

I received this watch promptly and on time and I am extremely pleased with it. It is slightly darker than the picture that is shown but in my opinion it looks even better in person! I wear mine on a long necklace and I get so many compliments on it when I wear it. I love this pocket watch and have no regrets at all about purchasing it.
